Zantech is looking for an upcoming onsite Senior Program Manager to serve as the Government's point of contact and to provide technical supervision and guidance for all Contractor personnel assigned for an upcoming contract. This will be an opportunity to own your program, be the primary interface with customer and have the authority to act on behalf of Zantech, with corporate support. You will lead and execute the planning, management and risk assessment of the full range of activities/responsibilities as it pertains to your program. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to lead, build and grow an effective team to meet/exceed the values of Zantech and our clients. The primary place of performance will consist of the National Capital Region (NCR) to include Alexandria, Virginia.

As a Senior Program manager, you will provide overall contract management to provide management, administrative, and technical interface with the COR and KO in accomplishing services under this contract. You will provide the DoD OIG with a Defense-partner to support OIG Information Technology (IT). The DoD OIG Office of Chief Information Office (CIO) is responsible for installing, maintaining, operating, and supporting all DoD OIG Information Technology (IT) systems and communications capabilities for approximately 2000 end users and over 60 locations around the globe. Due to the independence of the DoD OIG, the OCIO provides the full spectrum of IT services necessary to support the OIG mission including database support, storage management, transition management, application services, mobile device management, IT asset management, domain services, network transport, and service desk.

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification (Preferred)

• Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) certification or its equivalent IAW the DoD 8140 listing for IAM Level 2 Information Assurance professionals

• Demonstrated excellence in planning, directing, and managing complex IT projects and operations of a nature similar in size and scope as referenced under the PWS.

• Working knowledge and experience administering and managing multiple IT tasks and substantial IT projects similar in size and scope.

• Successful management and supervision of employees of various labor categories and skills in projects similar in size and scope.

• Technical and management leadership of task compliance with industry accepted Government and civilian and user standards.

Desired Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Minimum of 8 years of IT experience, including 4 years directing a project.

• Knowledge of configuration management and quality assurance concepts and guidelines for example, AGILE, Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL), and Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI), and Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK)

• Knowledge of DoD RMF and SA&A process.

• Knowledge of networking and network-based software applications.

• Knowledge of overall DoD contracts administration.

• Effective oral and written communication skills

• Presentation and meeting facilitation experience

• Experience with the scheduling tools such as Microsoft Project

Required Security Clearance:

• US Citizenship and an active DoD Top Secret Clearance per contract requirements.
