What You\'ll Do:

• Maintains staff by orienting and training employees, developing personal growth opportunities.
• Accomplishes staff job results by coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results; conducting training; implementing & enforcing systems, policies, and procedures.
• Maintains safe and healthy work environment by establishing and enforcing organization standards, adhering to legal regulations.
• Completes operations by developing schedules; assigning and monitoring work; gathering resources; implementing productivity standards; resolving operations problems; maintaining reference manuals; implementing new procedures.
• Controls expenses, participates in submitting cost savings ideas, budget information; monitors expenditures; monitoring variances; implementing corrective actions.
• Provides quality service by enforcing quality, customer service standards, participate in submitting quality improvements.
• Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing procedures, specifications, MIs, and Field manuals.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. Accomplishes department objectives by organizing and monitoring the work process.
• Setting goals for performance and deadlines in ways that comply with companys plans and vision
• Organizing workflow and ensuring that employees understand their duties or delegated tasks.
• Monitoring employee productivity and providing constructive feedback and coaching.
• Conduct annual reviews for staff performance.
• Develops and recommends improvements of facilities, equipment, or procedures to improve safety, through near miss reporting, quality, and efficiency.
• Tracking Budget Expenses, Supervision, Quality Management, Safety Management, Delegation, Performance Management, Organization, Foster Teamwork, Self-Development, Giving Feedback. Proven experience as supervisor or relevant role.
• Input data in KRONOS, TRACS, MS OFFICE and EXCEL and Development skills in additional Computer programs, preferred.
• Refers to bills of materials, damage assessments, blueprints, previous estimates, contracts, assembly drawings or hand drawn sketches to determine the basis for estimates.
• Coordinates and closely communicates with manufacturing, purchasing, engineering, sales, and customer service representatives.
