• Adhere to the vision and guiding principles of the Finance and Administration Division
• Completes daily chiller logs
• Completes daily chiller maintenance
• Completes cooling tower daily inspections
• Completes pump preventive maintenance
• Prepares reports/work orders and other paperwork
• Adhere to Arkansas State University\'s safety policies and procedures and manufacturer\'s safety instructions
• Other duties as assigned

\ \ Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:\ \ Knowledge of Chillers and their operations\ \ Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose issues with chillers, cooling towers, and pumps\ \ Work with high and low-pressure refrigerants.\ \ General Days/Hours:\ \ Monday - Friday\ 7:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.\ Additional hours as requested and/or needed\ Regular and reliable attendance\ \ Other:\ \ Please note: all position postings close at 12:00 A.M.
