We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Systems Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of financial systems, including NetSuite, PeopleSoft, UiPath, and Microsoft Power Automate. This role involves the design, implementation, and maintenance of financial systems to ensure they meet organizational needs and compliance requirements.

  • Lead the implementation and integration of financial systems, particularly NetSuite and PeopleSoft.

  • Develop and maintain automation workflows using UiPath and Microsoft Power Automate.

  • Ensure seamless integration between financial systems and other enterprise applications.

System Maintenance and Support

  • Provide ongoing support and maintenance for financial systems.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve system-related issues in a timely manner.

  • Perform regular system upgrades and patches to ensure optimal performance and security.

Process Improvement

  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation within financial operations.

  • Design and implement automation solutions using UiPath and Microsoft Power Automate to streamline workflows.

Data Management and Reporting

  • Ensure accurate and secure data management within financial systems.

  • Develop and maintain financial reports and dashboards for key stakeholders.

  • Utilize financial data to provide insights and support decision-making processes.

Compliance and Security

  • Ensure financial systems comply with relevant regulatory requirements and internal policies.

  • Implement and maintain security measures to protect financial data.

Adhere to ethical standards and comply with the laws and regulations applicable to your job function.

  • Minimum of 6 years work experience working in an ERP environment (PeopleSoft required) either as a business analyst or in a business analyst role with functional experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field.

  • Proven experience in implementing and managing NetSuite and PeopleSoft.

  • Strong proficiency in developing automation workflows with UiPath and Microsoft Power Automate.

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex system issues.

  • Strong understanding of financial processes and data management principles.

  • Effective communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and quality.- Certification in NetSuite, PeopleSoft, UiPath, or Microsoft Power Automate.

  • Experience with other financial systems and tools.

  • Knowledge of SQL and data analysis.

  • Experience leading or carrying out all phases of a full Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC) enterprise development

  • Experience in drafting specifications for report or custom program design

  • Experience as a liason with end-users and technical resources

  • Extensive experience and functional knowledge of the PeopleSoft environment

  • Thorough understanding of relational databases

  • Extensive accounting or finance background

  • Excellent written, oral and interpersonal skills to enable communication across the organization
