Description We are seeking a Business Analyst based in Juno Beach, Florida. This role will primarily involve conducting complex operational analyses, leading medium to large project teams, and providing strategic focus to support informed decision making within the business unit. This contract employment opportunity is ideal for those who are comfortable with AWS based application development and have experience with Scrum and/or Kanban software support and development teams.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and facilitate teams where members are geographically diverse to deliver business value through development and delivery execution.

• Build trusted relationships with the team and stakeholders to ensure the needs of all team members are met.

• Apply expertise to conduct complex operational analyses and lead medium to large project teams.

• Review and approve findings to be presented to senior management.

• Coordinate with other business units regarding initiatives.

• Understand and analyze complex calculations and clauses associated with our solar and battery operations.

• Gather requirements for an automated solution by working with business partners.

• Conduct statistical analyses to support informed decision making within the business unit.

• Direct, mentor, and coach lower level analysts.

• Leverage AWS technologies for application development. Requirements • Demonstrated experience in a Business Analyst role

• Proficient in management and operations techniques

• Familiarity with business procedures and practices

• Expertise in workstation support and onboarding processes

• Experience in staffing and managing relationships with stakeholders

• Knowledge of conductivity and supplier management

• Understanding of commission functions and onsite working methods

• Strong decision-making and expense account management skills

• Experience in application development and business process functions

• Familiarity with AWS technologies and Scrum methodology

• Ability to work with business units and business partners

• Experience in creating validation plans

• A Plus certification is desirable

• Proficiency in statistical analysis and working with development teams
