Position Specific Description

In this role, you will serve as an integral team member of the IT Business Services (Finance) Team to provide financial expertise and support on various corporate initiatives. You will be working with seasoned Financial Analysts on staff to support special projects and operational analysis as needed. The selected candidate will support regular monthly budget and operational reporting deliverables as well as ad-hoc reporting using Excel, SAP, and PowerBI.

Employees in this role we be involved in long term planning, annual budget preparation, monthly reporting including dashboards, forecasting, cash flow, financial analysis, month-end close activities, accuracy of financial information and compliance, and contributing to the overall business strategy.

To be successful in this role you must have good problem solving and analytical skills, be highly motivated, and be a self-starter. Must be proficient in Microsoft office with an emphasis on Excel and PowerPoint. Experience with other systems or analytical experience is a plus!

Degree Preferences:

Finance Majors highly preferred.

Job Overview

To be considered for an internship, you must be actively enrolled at a college or university as a full-time student seeking a bachelor’s degree or higher. You must also have a current cumulative GPA of 3.00 or higher (on a 0.00 to 4.00 scale).

Job Duties & Responsibilities

  • Assists department with assigned projects

  • Completes challenging projects and assignments

  • Presents final project to senior leadership at the end of the internship

  • Assumes responsibility for own travel, lodging, and transportation necessary to be available for the program

  • Performs other job-related duties as assigned

Required Qualifications

  • High school grad / GED

  • Maintain active enrollment in a Bachelor or higher degree program

  • Maintain cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher
