Robert Half Project Management Consultant in Juno Beach, Florida

Description We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for a Project Management Consultant in Juno Beach, Florida. This role is centered around managing assigned projects to ensure they meet the desired budget, schedule, and safety goals. The position is situated within the construction industry and requires interfacing with various stakeholders, from vendors and suppliers to regulatory agencies and local community officials.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the overall management of projects, ensuring compliance with budgetary, scheduling, and safety goals.

• Coordinate project activities with vendors, suppliers, regulatory agencies, local community officials, and within the company.

• Support construction work performed by contractors and/or vendors at the project site.

• Monitor and assess productivity, schedule compliance, work quality, and safety performance on assigned projects.

• Participate in walk downs of planned work, validate acceptance of completed work to design requirements, and review contractor payment requests.

• Verify constructability of projects, ensure proper resource allocation, assess field status, and resolve issues as needed.

• Assist in scope control, budget oversight, resolution of technical issues, performance reporting, scheduling, and work-in-progress.

• Interface with landowners, local regulators, and state agencies.

• Reinforce expectations related to safety procedure compliance, lessons learned, corrective action, and appropriate work behaviors for employees and contractor staff.

• Manage utility crossing agreements, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, securing necessary permits, tracking agreement status, and facilitating effective communication among stakeholders. Requirements • Must possess at least 7 years of experience in a project management role

• Proficiency in CRM and Database management is required

• Familiarity with 'About Time' software is essential

• Demonstrated expertise in Agile Scrum methodologies is necessary

• Experience in managing Budget Processes is compulsory

• Proficient knowledge in the Construction industry is a must

• Previous experience in a PMO - Project Management Office is a significant plus

• Strong skills in Project Management are crucial

• A background in Civil Engineering is desirable

• Industrial Engineering experience is highly advantageous
