This role is restricted to U.S. persons (i.e., U.S. citizens, permanent residents, and other protected individuals under the Immigration and Naturalization Act, 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3)) due to access to export-controlled technology. FTT will require proof of status prior to employment.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

  • Receives predetermined work assignments that are process-driven, and subject to a moderate level of control and review.

  • Works under supervision and within defined procedures and policies to determine appropriate action.

  • Vendor master file set-up and maintenance.

  • Accounts payable vouchering.

  • Entering vendor and employee expense reports into Costpoint.

  • Purchase order vouchering. Clearing purchase orders using a 3-way matching process in Costpoint.

  • Responding to all vendor enquiries.

  • Preparing weekly cash disbursements.

  • Preparing weekly accounts payable accrual report.

  • Filing and maintaining all historical records.

  • Accounting mail distribution.

  • Entering cash receipts into Costpoint.

  • Supports audit activities.

  • Other job duties as assigned.

Required Experience:

  • Possess the knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the assigned duties, including computer skills.

  • Maintain sensitive and confidential information as required by company and government requirements.

  • Ability to communicate and interact effectively with peers, supervisors, and public, including maintaining respect for others, and following company policies.

  • Have a willingness and ability to learn and utilize company technology for company required purposes.

  • Organized, accurate, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize.

  • Must be a highly motivated self-starter.

  • Ability to read, understand, and follow instructions.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

  • A Bachelor’s in a related degree is preferred or a minimum of 5-6 years of equivalent work experience.

  • Experience in Deltek/Costpoint or similar ERP System.

WORK ENVIRONMENT/PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Office environment.

  • Ability to sit and stand for long periods of time.

  • Ability to perform repetitive motion (keyboarding, mouse, phones, use tools/equipment).

TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS:

None.
