Job Description

-Lead and Communicate with the Superintendent, Subcontractors, and Vendors to

assist them in working to the Project Schedule.

-Represent Company with Owner(s), Architects, Consultants, Government Authorities,

Vendors and Subcontractors.

-Administer financial aspects of the Owner's contract, subcontracts, and purchase

orders.

-Build effective working relationships with clients and the project team members.

-Project Start-Up

-Purchasing process and Project buy-out:

• Meeting Management

-Financial Management

-Project Closeout

-Maintain and track project information in Procore as required

-Assist the Superintendents as necessary throughout the project and provide all

information required to help them perform their daily duties

-Walk all projects throughout the week to monitor safety, ensure all OSHA requirements are enforced, and enforce Quality Control throughout the project.

-Perform other duties as assigned

Skills and Requirements

-Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or applicable discipline and

experience relative to project size/scope

-Ground-up commercial project experience

-Procore and MS Project experience

-Ability to manage and prioritize tasks/projects with little supervision null
