Would you like to be a valuable member of a diversity driven, mission-minded team that impacts our community? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to work contingently as a Case Manager with the Integrated Dual Disorder Team!

What You Will Be Doing Working as a Case Manager with the co-occurring treatment team (SAMM) *you will provide linking, advocacy, coordination, and monitoring to adults with mental illness and substance use disorders. You will be working with individuals who are receiving *Integrated Dual Disorder Treatment (IDDT), engaging them in early treatment, addressing barriers to their treatment, assisting their primary therapist with documentation needed for their care, and linking clients to community resources and coordinating ongoing support. You will be co-facilitating IDDT groups alongside an experienced IDDT therapist. You will also assist clients in supporting their ultimate life worth living recovery goals both in the office and the community.  

What We Require You will have one to three years' experience working with adults with co-occurring disorders. You will have a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related field. Lived experiences with behavioral health issues are desired. Excellent communication skills, interpersonal, and human relation skills. Preferred Licensed Bachelors Social Work (LBSW).
