General Description: Plan, execute and finalize projects according to strict deadlines and within budget. Acquire resources and coordinate efforts of internal employees as well as sub-contractors in order to deliver project completion according to plans. Define project objectives and oversee quality control through the project lifecycle while providing oversight to multiple projects.

Duties & Responsibities:

• Follow and direct others with respect to all established Company, OSHA and other Health and Safety Rules and Regulations
• Direct and manage development of multiple projects from beginning to end
• Develop full scale project plans and associated communications documents
• Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crisis and devise contingency plans
• Set and continually manage project expectations with team members and other stakeholders
• Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion
• Communicate with Vice President of Operations on status of operational and performance goals
• Oversee scheduling, pricing and technical program performance
• Assist in proposal development, including work plans required specifications
• Contract negation and contract compliance including financial terms of contracts
• Responsible for the Profit and Loss balance sheet of multiple projects as assigned
• Monitor and maximize profits through establishing business plan, achieving forecasts, and ensuring customer satisfaction
• Recommend changes in methods, approach, design or equipment
• Coordinate short and long-range financial development and management of the Company
• Maintain current market information
• Support and comply with all components of the company's safety program
