Description

We are extending an opportunity for a meticulous HR Recruiter to be a part of our Healthcare, Hospitals, and Social Assistance team based in Kalamazoo, Michigan. In this role, you will be entrusted with the responsibility of managing various hiring processes, from the initial screening of candidates to the final selection. Your role will involve the use of various recruitment tools and platforms, and you will be expected to perform your duties in an efficient and timely manner. This role offers a contract opportunity, 100% onsite, M-F, 30 hours a week.

Responsibilities

• Manage full cycle recruiting process ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience

• Leverage multiple recruiting sources and techniques to identify and engage active and passive candidates, including ADP - Financial Services, ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode, Careerbuilder, Kronos Timekeeping System, and Microsoft Excel

• Perform detailed reviews of candidate information to evaluate their qualifications and suitability for specific roles

• Conduct thorough background checks as part of the recruitment process

• Manage hiring processes, ensuring all documentation is accurate and up-to-date

• Develop and implement diversity recruitment strategies to attract a diverse workforce

• Utilize excellent communication skills to interact effectively with potential candidates and hiring managers

• Collaborate with team members to develop effective strategies for filling open positions

• Ensure all recruitment activities are in compliance with industry regulations and standards

• Stay informed about trends and innovative recruiting techniques in order to be competitive in state-of-the-art recruiting practices.

Requirements • Minimum of 1 year of experience in the HR Recruiter role or a similar capacity

• Proficiency in ADP - Financial Services, ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode, and Microsoft Excel

• Familiarity with Kronos Timekeeping System and About Time software

• Prior experience with Careerbuilder

• Understanding of Background Checks and Benefit Functions

• Demonstrated ability in Documentation and Hiring Processes

• Experience in Diversity Recruitment and Full Cycle Recruiting

• Proven skills in Recruiting

• Excellent Communicator

• Able to perform Detailed Review of applications and resumes

• Ability to work in a fast-paced healthcare, hospital, or social assistance environment

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
