Job Description

We are seeking a MEP Electrical Engineer with expertise in power distribution throughout commercial buildings. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing Lighting, Fire Alarms, Communication Systems, and performing Arc Flash Analysis for various projects, including family entertainment centers, grocery stores, and retail stores.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a project electrical engineer for the design, development, and documentation of primary power, secondary power, lighting, fire alarm, and other auxiliary systems on small to medium-sized projects.

  • Research and document any required code review for assigned projects.

  • Perform product research as required for project development.

  • Present electrical system concepts and designs to clients and/or design review committees.

  • Develop and edit project specifications.

  • Review product shop drawings and submittals.

  • Review and respond to requests for information (RFIs).

  • Visit project construction sites to review progress.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $35.00
