We are looking for:

Production Operators will be responsible for the Safe Manufacturing of Quality Product to supply the Aerospace Manufacturing sector. The operator will be responsible for operating Batch Reactor, Product Conveyance, Product drying to Quality Standards set forth by the site. The proper candidate must have a good Safety Mindset, Quality Mindset, be mechanically inclined, and have process troubleshooting knowledge to overcome any kind of production challenges.

We count on you for:

• Monitors process conditions (Emerson Delta V), records operating data and complete all required paperwork

• Sets up and observes equipment operations and makes required adjustments.

• Manufacture quality products per customer specifications.

• Performs routine activities for shipping and receiving of finished goods and raw materials.

• Performs BPCS transactions as required.

• Coordinates the flow of materials and products to and from the production areas.

• Performs regular inspections and minor mechanical repairs to equipment as needed, including proper lockout/tagout for maintenance repairs.

• Performs housekeeping, snow removal and other yard duties as assigned

• Maintains process warehouse.

You will bring:

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• 1-5 years experience in an industrial plant is strongly preferred

• 1-2 years experience in production of chemicals preferred.

• Experience with Emerson Delta V and/or OsiSoft PI Data historian is preferred.

• Experience with batch reactors, condensers, dryers, leaching columns, pumps, process piping and process instrumentation is helpful

• Strong numerical reasoning, analytical thinking, and problem solving skills

• Ability to work 10 to 12 hours per shift standing, moving throughout facility

• Ability to communicate fluently in English

• Ability to utilize a computer and associated software

• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs independently consistently throughout shift

• The U.S. base salary range reasonably expected to be paid for this position is $29.88 per hour. Since actual compensation packages are based on a variety of factors unique to each candidate we may ultimately pay more or less than the posted base salary range. Total compensation for this role also includes bonus and/or other incentives.
