Community Living Options Property Manager in Kalamazoo, Michigan

Community Living Options has been providing a range of support services to individuals with disabilities in the Kalamazoo area for more than 30 years.  We maintain eleven 6 bed group homes, 4 multi-unit properties and 2 commercial properties. We are seeking a Property Manager to join our team. 

We are seeking a skilled and experienced individual, who can provide hands on carpentry work and maintenance, work collaboratively with stakeholders, initiate capital improvement planning and manage an assistant, scheduling daily responsibilities. 

The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience working with public and private agencies, organizations and businesses as well as an ability to communicate professionally in both written and verbal formats.  Demonstrated knowledge of building systems including HVAC units, chemical, electrical equipment, plumbing fixtures, structural facilities and grounds of the property is desired.  We do have a maintenance garage, a vehicle and tools.  The position requires a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record. An individual with a degree or certification plus 3 years experience is required.  The education may be substituted with 3 additional years experience.  Two years supervisory experience required.
