POSITION SUMMARY:

We are seeking a driven, self-motivated individual to provide supervision to a team of staff as well as to those we serve. This position will directly oversee the daily operations of a six bed specialized residential home serving seniors ages 65 and older. Responsibilities are both managerial and programmatic in nature including program planning, financial monitoring, program evaluation, personnel management, and facility management. Responsible for respecting the rights and dignities of the individuals we serve.

HOURS:

Monday-Friday with on-call rotation

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor's degree or High School Diploma or equivalent plus five years of experience in human services industry.
  • Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record according to Community Living Options policy.
  • Ability to work with individuals of diverse backgrounds.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team setting.
  • Demonstrated intermediate computer proficiency with ability to learn new software programs.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate both in verbal and written format.

PREFERENCES:

  • Previous experience with geriatric individuals.
  • Previous supervisory experience in human services setting desirable.
  • Experience with individuals with co-occurring disorders.
