As a Certified Nursing Assistant, also known as a CNA, with Immanuel Living, you can make a difference as you work in an environment dedicated to helping our residents and their families. Immanuel Living's CNA Program provides students the opportunity to get paid while they are training to obtain a CNA certification . Upon passing the CNA exam, students will be placed at the Skilled Care Center or Buffalo Hill Terrace with a minimum one year commitment to the organization. All CNAs are eligible for a $500 bonus at 30 days of employment, another $500 at 90 days of employment and another $500 at 1 year of employment. CNA Position Duties
Accurately and safely perform resident care in accordance with residents’ care plan, resident Assignment Sheet and worksheets, and nurses’ instructions
Answer call lights in a timely manner
Pick up and maintain resident rooms in a neat and orderly condition
Assist residents to and from meals, meetings, and activities, as needed
Straighten and maintain department rooms and equipment storage areas in a neat and orderly condition
Requirements
Education and Experience
Not yet certified? Immanuel offers Free Online CNA Education with our partner, Montana Health Network. Upon successful completion of an estimated 45 hours of education and completion of clinical coursework requirements, you may be employed as a CNA at Immanuel Living
Must be current High School Student in good standing, graduate from High School or HiSet/GED.
