This position will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and assisting with various administrative and operational tasks.  ​​​​​​​Pay: $19 to $20 per hour, depending on experienceSchedule: Monday through Friday - temporary three-month assignmentEssential Functions and Duties: Assist in inventory management of products with month-end count, ordering, shipping, and receiving to other plants and non-local customers and organize deliveriesAnswer and operate phone systems, communicating with customers in a professional mannerGreet and assist walk-in customers or suppliers in a professional mannerPerform data entry of delivery tickets, work orders and other account informationPerform various clerical functions, including copying, printing, filing, and managing the sending, receiving, and distributing of documentsAccept and process paymentsQualifications:Recent receptionist and/or customer service experienceWorking knowledge of computers and Microsoft products, and the ability to learn new programsAbility to lift 30Get in touch!
