Consistent Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.

Your Key Responsibilities:

Provide outstanding service by maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude.
Respond promptly to inquiries and communicate with customers via various channels.
Resolve customer complaints with care and efficiency.
Become a product expert to confidently answer questions and assist customers.
Process orders, applications, and requests accurately.
Keep detailed records of customer interactions, ensuring seamless communication and follow-ups.
Collaborate with colleagues to ensure customer needs are met.

What We’re Looking For:

Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
Skills: Calm and composed under pressure, even when customers are stressed or upset.
Comfortable using computers and navigating customer support systems.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Prior experience in customer support is a plus but not required!
