Your Key Responsibilities:

System Installation: Replace and install forced air heating and air-conditioning systems, heat pumps, ductless systems, and new duct systems.
Equipment Setup: Install and test thermostats, components, and system controls for proper functionality.
Problem Solving: Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues during installations.
Safety and Efficiency: Work in compliance with industry standards to ensure quality and safety in every project.

What We’re Looking For:

Experience: Any level of HVAC installation experience is welcome! Whether you’re just starting out or a seasoned pro, we’d love to hear from you.
Preparedness: Must have your own toolset to hit the ground running.Physical Ability: Comfortable lifting 50-80 lbs as part of the job.
Skills: Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving abilities.
Driver’s License: Must have a valid driver’s license with a clean record.
