We are seeking a highly organized and meticulous Accounts Payable Specialist to join our  dynamic accounting team. The ideal candidate will possess experience in accounts payable, general ledger accounting, and financial software systems.  This role is pivotal in managing our company's accounts payable functions, ensuring accurate and timely payments to vendors, and upholding compliance with GAAP and tax regulations.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily processing of accounts payable transactions, including the review and verification of invoices and related documentation.
• Prepare and vendor payments using Quickbooks ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Maintain comprehensive and organized ledgers, ensuring all financial transactions are accurately recorded and reconciled monthly.  Ensuring precision and addressing discrepancies or errors.
• Analyze financial data to uncover trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for cost reduction.
• Collaborate with other accounting team members to ensure compliance with GAAP and tax regulations across all financial processes.
