Key Responsibilities:

• Perform MIG welding on steel, stainless steel, and aluminum according to blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders.
• Operate welding equipment such as MIG welders, grinders, and other tools in a safe and efficient manner.
• Inspect welded pieces for quality and ensure all welds meet specifications and standards.
• Maintain and clean welding equipment and the work area to ensure a safe and organized environment.
• Work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high productivity and quality standards.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals and deadlines.
• Troubleshoot and resolve welding issues as they arise during the production process.
