Job Title: Construction Laborer

Job Description

Work hours are 7am-3:30pm, Monday through Friday. Overtime will be discussed based on project needs. This role involves performing general laborer tasks such as demolition, loading/unloading, digging, and clean-up to support daily operations at a construction site. The duties focus on maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient construction site while aiding the overall project. A significant part of the work involves general clean-up.

Hard Skills

• 3+ years' experience in a commercial or large residential job setting

• Ability to speak upon safety precautions in a construction environment

• OSHA 10

This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 6 Month(s).

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Kansas City, Missouri.

The work environment characteristics are representative of those encountered while performing primary responsibilities. Reasonable accommodations may be made for individuals with disabilities. While performing duties, the worker regularly works outside and near moving mechanical parts. Occasionally, the worker is in high, precarious places and exposed to wet and/or humid conditions. The noise level is usually moderate.
