Machine Operator Responsibilities:\ - Operate injection molding machines to produce plastic components in compliance with production requirements\ - Monitor machine performance, adjusting as necessary to maintain optimal production rates and quality\ - Perform routine inspections of molds, machines, and components to ensure proper operation and product quality\ - Conduct quality checks on finished products, ensuring they meet specifications and standards\ - Troubleshoot and resolve minor mechanical issues with injection molding machines\ - Assist in mold changes, setups, and machine adjustments to accommodate different production runs\ - Perform basic machine maintenance tasks, such as cleaning, lubricating, and replacing parts as needed\ - Document production data, including output rates, quality issues, and machine performance\ - Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies to maintain a safe work environment\ - Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals and deadlines
