Job Title: Administrative AssistantJob Description

Seeking a proactive Administrative Assistant to drive new patient enrollment by building and nurturing relationships directly with consumers, businesses, and community stakeholders. This role involves meeting with seniors and groups at various community locations to promote our mission and value proposition. The successful candidate will plan and execute local events, coordinate with health plan agents and brokers, and leverage marketing tools like Salesforce to track and cultivate patient leads. Additionally, the role includes maintaining strong relationships with enrolled patients to ensure high retention and addressing any customer complaints or issues effectively.

This is a permanent position.

Work Site

This is a hybrid position requiring some days on-site in NA, Missouri and some days remote.

Work Environment

The position starts daily at 8 am in the office with flexibility thereafter. It offers a hybrid work schedule where the majority of the time will be spent out in the community, associated with a specific clinic.
