Position:Full-Time Material Handler

Required Shifts: 12-hour shift x 4 days on, 4 days off

Shift Schedules: 6:00 PM to 6:30 AM (with shift pay differential)

Sign-On Bonus:$1500.00

The scope of the Finished Good Material Handler is to moved product inside the site, load trailers for shipment, and complete shipment paperwork.

Job Requirements

Minimum Requirements :

  • High school diploma / GED
  • Forklift experience required
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment; must be coachable
  • Passion to work and learn in a manufacturing environment
  • Ability to act with disciplined initiative
  • Working knowledge of computer programs for entering data
  • Solid understanding of health and safety regulations
  • Basic math and recording abilities
  • Keen eye for detail
  • Good verbal and written communication skills

What will be your key responsibilities?

  • Scan and move product accurately for inventory accountability
  • Must be able to lift 40 pounds
  • Use forklift to load trailers safely and accurately
  • Conduct quality checks on outbound shipments
  • Create shipment paperwork
  • Conducting monthly inventories with precision
  • Participate and adhere to all food safety requirements, quality management processes, and site safety programs ensuring that all standards are met
  • Demonstrate a culture of quality in actions, words, and spirit
  • Responsible for reporting and following up on any observation that may impact Associate Safety and/or Product Quality and Food Safety

Compensation:

  • $1,500 sign on bonus
  • Pay based on experience.
  • Shift differential of $1.50
  • OT potential
  • Annual bonus pay out
  • Annual merit increases
