Join our team as a Q2 Developer, where you will be at the forefront of our technology initiatives, specifically focused on leveraging the Q2 banking platform. As a Q2 Developer, you will work collaboratively to design, develop, and maintain innovative banking solutions that enhance user experience and meet customer needs. No C2C

Key Responsibilities:

• Development and Customization: Utilize Q2’s APIs and development tools to create and customize applications that provide seamless banking experiences for users.

• Integration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Q2 solutions with existing banking systems and third-party applications, ensuring smooth functionality and data flow.

• Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable code and conduct code reviews to ensure compliance with best practices and coding standards.

• Testing: Develop and execute test cases to ensure the reliability and performance of banking applications, addressing any issues that arise during the testing phase.

• Documentation: Maintain thorough documentation of code, processes, and integration methods to support ongoing system maintenance and future enhancements.

• Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, UX/UI designers, and other developers to build and refine features that enhance the overall user experience.

Requirements

Key Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in software development, with a focus on the Q2 banking platform preferred.

• Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Java, JavaScript, or similar, along with experience in RESTful APIs.

• Understanding of banking systems and processes, with a focus on user experience and interface design.

• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and tools like Jira.

• Experience with database systems, particularly SQL, for managing and querying data.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

• Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.

• Knowledge of best practices in software development, including version control with GIT.
