The Amazon Sales Team develops and executes Hallmark's strategy on Amazon.com and Amazon.ca. Amazon has quickly become one of Hallmark's largest and most important customers as Hallmark plans for the future across digital marketplaces.

WHAT YOUR ROLE ENTAILS AND HOW YOU'LL CONTRIBUTE

The Sr Digital Analyst will bring analytical storytelling expertise to the Hallmark Amazon business, connecting the dots for the team across datasets that span the full Amazon flywheel (sales, traffic, marketing, operations, content, etc.). The Sr Digital Analyst will create, maintain, and interpret reports that empower the functions of the business to make real-time, data-driven decisions that move the business forward, and oftentimes, will be the person who recommends the best course of action themselves. Additionally, this role will have the freedom to directly execute Amazon Advertising and content optimizations derived from their analysis and alignment to team KPIs/priorities. The Sr Digital Analyst will be a highly influential part of the team - someone who understands the full Amazon business, and who the team will look to for guidance, action planning, and problem-solving. No two days will be the same depending on the season and Amazon's business strategy.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s Degree or 4 years of professional experience

  • At least 5 years’ experience working with digital analytics

  • Experience in Microsoft Excel including macros, pivot tables, and calculations

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • BS or BA in Business, Information Systems, Finance, Economics, Statistics, Math, Analytics, or other technology/math-based science

  • Experience with Amazon Retail, Amazon Analytics, or Amazon Advertising

  • Previous Amazon.com analytics and/or Amazon Advertising experience highly preferred

  • Experience using BI tools such as Tableau and Power BI

  • Experience managing and maintaining large datasets

  • Experience with search marketing or SEO

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt work style/processes in a fast-paced environment

  • Self-motivated: strong work ethic, follow-through, and accountability for results

  • Able to transform analysis into actionable recommendations and communicate them in a compelling way

  • Ability to develop effective business partner relationships at all levels of the organization

  • Strong technical aptitude, including ability and desire to learn new systems, identify process efficiencies and value-added enhancements

ADDITIONAL DETAILS

  • The salary range for this job is between $90,000 and $100,000. Salary will take into consideration several factors.
