Insight Global Tier 2 Help Desk in Kansas City, Missouri
Job Description
An employer is looking for a Helpdesk Technician to sit hybrid in Kansas City in support of a large government healthcare contract. The candidate will be joining a team of about 20 individuals supporting a user base of about 7,500 government employees. While onsite, they will also provide white glove support to 50 VIP level government employees. The successful candidate will have experience refreshing and deploying new equipment including desktops, laptops, headsets, monitors etc. Major responsibilities will also include troubleshooting hardware and software issues such as connectivity and imaging issues in a Windows environment.
Compensation:
$16/hr to $18/hr.
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.

Skills and Requirements
Must Haves:
Bachelors Degree with 2+ years of experience OR 4 years of experience (minimum for LCAT)
Experience using ServiceNow as a ticketing system
Experience troubleshooting both local and network printers
Experience providing both in person and over the phone support
Experience imaging lap tops
Moderate to advanced troubleshooting skills working with hardware and software issues
Great customer service (will be sitting on client site working directly with end users)
Plusses:
Entry level IT certification (A+, Net+, Sec+, etc. ) null
