Job Title: Workers Compensation AdminJob Description

Set up and enter new claims into the claim management system, ensuring claim coding is correct and files are properly documented. Perform critical claim technical tasks including plant investigations and 3-point contacts. Interview claimants, employers, medical professionals, legal counsel, and witnesses to prepare thorough investigation summaries. Prepare files for outside counsel and assist in the management of all elements of claim files to reduce or maintain medical costs, lost time duration, and litigation expenses. Participate in case management meetings and collaborate with medical, human resources, and labor to facilitate a return-to-work plan for workers' compensation and related absences. Support other claim representatives with larger or more complex claims as necessary. Process medical and related expense payments.
