Summary/Objective:

To provide administrative records assistance for the Targeted Case Management (TCM) and Day Services departments. To fulfill mission statement.

Job Competencies:

Ensures work completed timely. Records maintained by regulation. Communicates with all staff as well as external stakeholders and service providers. Maintains confidentiality of all files, records, and billing information. Excellent computer skills and the ability to multi-task. Keeps information confidential in accordance with applicable state and federal regulations.

Education/Experience:

High School Diploma, college degree in progress or obtained preferred. Knowledge of managed care and working with individuals with disabilities helpful. Proficient in Microsoft Office products and possess an intermediate-advanced level of office-related digital skills. Must pass a background check. Must hold a valid driver’s license and be able to drive to multiple locations. Must observe HIPPA and can handle and maintain confidential knowledge and documents.

Skills/Knowledge:

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work effectively with multiple departments and within all levels of the organization. Knowledge of shared work systems (ex. Microsoft Outlook and/or Microsoft Teams). Experience working with a diverse population.
