Responsibilities Serves as the Building manager for the Operations Site adhering and complying with all procedures and policies related to facilities, security and safety requirements Provides and assists in the technical, engineering, maintenance, and sustainment tasks and requirements associated with the MK30. Provides proposed technical solutions, as needed. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications For NT-4: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower pay band NT-03 (GS-9/10 equivalent) in the Federal service, or in the public or private sector providing technical, engineering, maintenance, and sustainment tasks and requirements associated with the Mark 30 in support of test and training operations. For NT-3: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower pay band NT-02 (GS-05/08 equivalent) in the Federal service, or in the public or private sector assisting in the technical, engineering, maintenance, and sustainment tasks and requirements associated with the Mark 30 in support of test and training operations. Volunteer work helps build critical competencies, knowledge, and skills and can provide valuable training and experience that translates directly to paid employment. Education For NT-03: Education may be substituted for the specialized experience as follows: Successful completion of a master's degree that is directly related to the work of the position. OR Successful completion of two full years of graduate education that is directly related to the work of the position. OR Have a combination of experience and graduate level education as described above that equates to one year of experience. The percentage of the required education plus the percentage of the required experience equal one hundred percent. Additional Information This position is covered by the Department of Defense Priority Placement Program. Several vacancies may be filled.
