Answer telephones, provide information to callers, and direct calls to appropriate staff. Organize and maintain paper and electronic files. Schedule and confirm guest appointments. Collect deposits, payments, or fees. Compile data, guest records, or documentation. Bill guests and prepare invoices. Transmit correspondence by mail, e-mail, or fax. Create, maintain, and enter information into databases. Use computers for various applications, such as database management or word processing. Operate office equipment, such as fax machines, copiers, or phone systems and arrange for repairs when equipment malfunctions. One position available for full-time, year-round employment.
