Position summary T-Mobile is America's supercharged Un-carrier, delivering an advanced 4G LTE and transformative nationwide 5G network that will offer reliable connectivity for all. Engineers, Systems Reliability is located in Bothell, Washington will demonstrate fluency in emerging DevOps-centric automation tools and technologies for CICD Gitlab, configuration management, supporting production and non-prod environments. *Telecommuting is permitted, but applicants must live within a reasonable commuting distance. Position duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Perform environment management, automated server provisioning (VMs); develop software solutions, conduct tests and inspections, prepare reports and calculations. Deliver software to improve the availability, scalability, latency, and efficiency of T-Mobile's services. Create, manage, and use dashboards for continuous monitoring and quality of applications. Improve software delivery processes and operations through cloud enablement and use of microservices with containerization on hybrid platform. Develop full software stack. Interact with systems engineers to define systems requirements and for automation. Document systems designs, presentations, and business requirements for consumption at the engineer level. Skill requirements: Requires experience in each of the following: Implementing Microservices using PCF platform build upon Tibco Container Software and Spring Boot services Installing, configuring and maintaining middleware components, service enhancements, and bug fix requests using Spring boot, TIBCO BW, TIBCO Designer, Oracle 11g ESOA, Oracle WebLogic 10.3.x, Sun Java, UNIX Shell Scripting Technologies, Kafka, and RabbitMQ. Designing and implementing continuous build-test-deployment (CI/CD) system with multiple component pipelines using Gitlab and Jenkins. Facilitating container-based deployments using PCF, Docker (Docker images, Docker Hub and Docker registries) and Kubernetes. Implementing messaging components through TIBCO RV (Rendezvous), TIBCO EMS and creating deployment scripts using App-Manage commands, automation of deployment, and deploying interfaces through TIBCO administrator. Developing TIBCO hawk rule bases for monitoring Log Files, Business processes and messaging components and Knowledge in BW Processes Performance monitoring and tuning. Experience and education requirements: PRIMARY REQUIREMENTS: Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related, and 1 year of relevant work experience. ALTERNATIVE REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related, and 3 years of relevant work experience.
