Insight Global Data Governance Analyst in Kennesaw, Georgia
Job Description
* Stakeholder identification and Requirement gathering for Report content
* Assessment of reporting capabilities and limitations (Data available, content & feature capabilities / limitations, best practices and recommendations for how to capture that information in the future)
* Development of reporting and deployment to production (Tableau workbooks and Tableau Server administration requirements)
* Documentation to support sustainment of reports post-engagement
* Training -- Teach other associates on the team how to support or modify these dashboards in the future

Skills and Requirements
* Proven experience in developing interactive visuals and dashboards, preferably using Tableau and smartlink
* Strong background in project and initiative inventory management and status reporting.
* Demonstrated ability to consolidate and report on ROI across multiple initiatives.
* Experience in stakeholder identification and requirement gathering for report content.
* Proficiency in assessing reporting capabilities and limitations, including data availability and best practices.
* Hands-on experience in report development and deployment to production environments, including Tableau workbooks and Tableau Server administration.
* Solid experience in creating documentation to support the sustainment of reports post-engagement.
* Experience in training team members on dashboard support and modification.
* Strong understanding of data governance, including data quality assurance, data security, compliance, and data management.
* Familiarity with project management methodologies for tracking, reporting, and communication standards.
* Experience in documenting requirements for various initiatives to assist with capacity. null
