Job Description

As a Senior Technology Product Manager, you will engage in advanced tasks supporting the lifecycle of our technology products. You will play a key role in contributing to product design, feature development, and strategic planning. Your input will be valuable in ensuring our products meet market needs and customer expectations.

Requires in-depth conceptual and practical knowledge of theories, principles, and concepts and applies general knowledge of business and industry practices within technology product management. Understands key business drivers and builds knowledge of the company, processes, and customers.

Under a limited level of guidance, you will be responsible for solving complex user problems by soliciting feedback from customers and internal SMEs. This includes managing products and executing growth plans for a technology product, product family, or segment. You will contribute to and improve technology products by compiling and evaluating research on online/digital product requirements, identifying enhancements to current features and functionality based on expertise in both marketing/product management and online/digital media.

You will interface with engineers, designers, suppliers, and customers to develop online/digital media product requirements and specifications. Using developed analytical skills, you will contribute to various aspects of the line of business in support of the organization’s goals and market needs. These may include marketing strategies, marketing programs and tools, competitive analyses, market assessment, and product planning. You will plan your own work and adjust efforts to meet goals, supporting the achievement of objectives through your personal efforts.

Hybrid : Eight days a month we come together in our office to experience the value of connecting with colleagues. You will report to the Lead Technology Product Manager - SmartSign Plus and work under the leadership of the Associate Director, Technology Product Management. This role is a part of FCC | Compliance Solutions – eOriginal.

Required Job Qualifications (minimum):

  • Solution Design : . Demonstrates end-to-end feature ownership, from design to release training. Ability to define and document complex product requirements.

  • Voice of Customer (VoC) Research : Ability to effectively conduct VoC interviews and apply insights to feature design and prioritizations

  • UX/UI Design: Basic proficiency in design principles and user experience.

  • Risk Management: Proactively identifies risks to on-time release delivery and collaborates with Engineering on mitigating actions

  • Technical Communication: Ability to effectively communicate technical requirements and constraints.

  • Demonstrates a Growth Mindset: Goes over and beyond and takes initiative to ensure high product quality and superior customer satisfaction

Preferred Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university

  • Proficient in REST APIs, Postman and Swagger

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Conduct customer and internal stakeholder research to inform solution design

  • Define and document product requirements and specifications.

  • Collaborate with design and development teams to ensure product alignment.

  • Collaborate with Engineering to drive on-time release delivery

  • Conduct end-to-end UAT to ensure high product quality

  • Support release related activities, including documentation and release training

  • Drive the prioritization of product backlog

  • Collaborate with Engineering, Support and other internal stakeholders to escalate and resolve high-priority customer issues

  • Contribute to strategic product planning and vision.
