Description Major function of this position is to manually clean the interior and exterior of Suburban Passenger cars Accountabilities Repair or replace electrical components; disassemble and clean electrical parts; assemble components; provide maintenance for miscellaneous equipment and facilities with or without blueprints, schematics, and location circuit plans Ensure compliance with all railroad rules and regulations for safety, operations and Federal Railroad Administration (FRA) Construct, with or without drawings, electrical utilities and appliances used in everyday railroad operations. This includes, but not limited to, both primary and secondary power lines, transformers, both interior and exterior lighting, conduits, switch gears, electrical panels, and standby generati Read, interpret, and understand written or electronic information , maintain the information and compile reports. Assist other employees as needed; Ensure safety of self and co-workers; Ensure that all equipment and materials are available and ready for use as needed.
