Sanmina Corporation has facilities strategically located in key regions throughout the world Production Supervisor - AWS Job Purpose: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Production Supervisor to oversee our manufacturing operations. The Production Supervisor will be responsible for supervising and leading a team of electrical and mechanical assembly operators, ensuring that production equipment operates safely, efficiently, and reliably. The supervisor plays a critical role in minimizing downtime, enhancing production efficiency, and ensuring compliance with industry standards. The supervisor is also responsible for allocating personnel, material, and equipment resources to meet production schedules; monitoring performance; adjusting resources as necessary; and coordinating with other Manufacturing Departments (i.e. Engineering, Maintenance, Quality, Materials) to obtain necessary support. Nature of Duties: Supervise and lead a team of electrical and mechanical operators in the assembly, troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining manufacturing equipment Work closely with production teams to ensure equipment is optimized for efficient manufacturing processes Plan and organize production schedules to meet customer demand and production targets Monitor output against schedule and adjust resources (personnel, equipment) as necessary Work with Operations Manager to develop manpower forecast and schedules Troubleshoot production problems including material, equipment and customer specifications Conduct performance evaluations and provide timely feedback and coaching for continous improvement Collaborate with Quality, Process Engineering, Maintenance and other manufacturing departments to identify problem areas and align activities with production goals Monitor production processes and quality control measures to ensure product quality standards are met Provide guidance on technologies, establish performance goals, and ensure team is well-trained on manufacturing processes and operations Develop and execute corrective action as necessary to address issues Ensure safety inspections, risk assessments, and audits of machinery and equipment are performed on a regular basis Manage data pipelines to gather and analyze manufacturing data for insights into production performance, quality, and resource...
