JOB REQUIREMENTS: Description The Role Fulfill construction and industrial customer product orders in our Kenosha location. Utilize specialized equipment to measure, cut, assemble, and ship high-grade wire and conduit products to customer specifications. No Weekends: we\'re open Monday through Friday only What We Need From You Flexibility to work OT during busy periods Dependable, reliable team player with strong work ethic and attention-to-detail Ability to work a 1st shift (Monday - Friday) Basic computer system knowledge Previous forklift experience is a plus The Day-to-Day Receive and complete training/equipment certifications to support inbound and outbound operations safely and effectively. Inbound Operations: Receive product and support inbound operations. Put away product and follow warehouse process standards to optimize efficiency and productivity. Verify amounts of materials or items received, report overages, shorts, and damaged inbound material. Ensure products are labelled, marked, and stored appropriately for easy product identification and smooth order processing. Replenish forward pick locations Cycle count locations to verify inventory accuracy Use a variety of forklift equipment Outbound Operations: Identify proper specifications for outbound customer orders and calibrate wire-cutting machines to ensure accuracy and minimize errors in product length Cut wire to customer specified lengths and parallel wire onto wood and metal reels Pick, pack, and ship customer orders Inspect product for defects and quality issues and ensure customer expectations are met before products go out for delivery Operate a variety of wire pulling machines, forklifts, and hand tools Use computer to enter records or reference stock Maintain cleanliness of facility and...
