3rd Shift Butter Deboxer The Butter Deboxer is responsible for Deboxing bulk butter needed for production demands and volumes, managing inventories, running equipment safely and efficient, sanitation of equipment, and be able to operate a lift. Location city, state : Kent OH Hours: 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM, Monday - Friday Wage: $25.66 per hour during the probationary period of 60-days . $25.96 per hour after the probationary period of 60-days. Job Duties:

• Operates and cleans equipment with the highest standard of quality and safety
• The operator maintains quality of the product including package quality and coordinates with quality control and maintenance to achieve highest efficiencies and maintain highest sanitation standards
• Issues material as needed. Takes inventory of Bulk Butter as needed, including boxed and deboxed
• Informs warehouse operator and/or supervisor when packaging or butter is needed
• Knowledgeable of the union contract, attendance policy, work rules, GMP's, appropriate behavior in the workplace, safety and all other policies/rules set forth by Land O'Lakes
• Responsible to adhere to quality system requirements
• In accordance with the contract, depending upon operational requirements, the employee may be expected to work more than eight (8) hours per day or forty (40) hours in a given work week

Required Qualifications & Experiences:

• 18 years or older
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to read, write, comprehend, follow verbal and written instructions and possess basic mathematical skills
• Record keeping ability and pervious packaging line experience desirable

Physical Requirements for production positions regularly include:

• Frequent movement including walking, standing, bending/stooping, turning, twisting, pushing, pulling, raising arms, lifting, climbing and other active movements
• Performing duties while wearing personal protective equipment
• Working across temperature zones that may include cold and/or hot environments for extended periods and may include work in environments where dust is present
• Shift schedules that include days, nights, and weekends, some holidays and periodic overtime
• Lifting 35-50 pounds

Preferred Qualifications & Experiences:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Forklift Experience
• 1+ years of continuous prior experience in any industry
• 6 months + of roduction experience
• Self-Reliant and able to accurately work under limited supervision
• Able to trouble shoot mechanical problems
• Communicates work order progress to supervisor and production operators
• Customer focused and able to work in a collaborative team
• Ability to be flexible in work performed and schedule
• Knowledge of various pieces of high tech manufacturing processing and packaging equipment. Examples include but not limited to baggers, palletizers and cookers.
• Work in cold and/or hot temperatures throughout the day
• Ensures a safe working environment while performing assigned tasks
