Cox Enterprises OVE Sales Executive - CAI in Kent, Washington

Job Description: This position is primarily responsible for increasing Dealer cars sold using OVE and Manheim Express by working closely with Buyers and Sellers via telephone, email, or other electronic communication means. The OVE Sales Representative will use past successes in sales and customer service to develop and maintain relationships with Manheim customers. The position works closely with the Location based and Field Sales Teams to ensure that customer expectations are met or exceeded. Job Responsibilities: Achieve or exceed monthly sales goals Contact Bidder/Seller to ensure that they are aware of an offer and attempt to close the transaction Encourage referrals from Field Sales, Dealer Services and Dealer Concierge for buyers interested in specific inventory Analyze location data to obtain sales opportunity Prioritize work to yield highest transaction volume List units on OVE for clients Have conversations with sellers to help them correctly price units to maximize sales Sell ECR's Work with location marketing team to promote OVE Train Dealers/Sellers to help them sell vehicles more effectively online Process units sold on OVE Qualifications : High School Diploma/GED and 3 years' experience in a related field. The right candidate could also have a different combination, such as any level degree/certification beyond a HS diploma/GED in a related discipline; or 5 years' experience in a related field 2-5 years proven track record in sales and service; automotive, auction, internet sales/service a plus Understanding of used vehicles, damage assessments and valuations a plus Highly motivated with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment Ability to adapt to and work effectively within a constantly changing environment Ability to work independently and self-motivating Excellent people, teamwork, customer service and problem solving skills Strong written and verbal skills Ability to use Internet and MS Office effectively with strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel; use of salesforce.com a plus Works independently, manages time effectively with great attention to details Team player and great communication and relationship skills with internal and external customers Become Digital Champion for location Perform other duties as assigned by management USD 28.27 - 42.40 per hour Compensation: Hourly pay rate is $28.27 - $42.40/hour. The hourly rate may vary within the anticipated range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate's experience. In addition to the hourly range identified herein, this role is also eligible for an annual incentive/commission target of $12,000.00. Benefits: Employees are eligible to receive a minimum of sixteen hours of paid time off every month and seven paid holidays throughout the calendar year. Employees are also eligible for additional paid time off in the form of bereavement leave, time off to vote, jury duty leave, volunteer time off, military leave, parental leave, and COVID-19 vaccination leave.
