Employer is currently hiring construction laborers for local construction project sites and our maintenance and fabrication shops. We welcome candidates with all levels of experience, including entry-level applicants. Ideally, candidates would have experience working in construction, a shop, or a maintenance setting. At a minimum, candidates must be committed to environmental health and safety practices, have a strong work ethic, show an inclination towards general construction and mechanical work, and have reliable transportation. Successful candidates will work the day shift, mostly Monday to Friday, with some weekends. These positions will require 40-50 hours per week, depending on the workload. Successful candidates will also receive on-the-job training for related tasks such as environmental and safety procedures, welding, fabricating, and general maintenance. Pay rate $15-$18 per hour based on experience.
