Adecco US, Inc. Procurement Coordinator/Purchase Coordinator in Keyser, West Virginia

Adecco’s client is seeking a Procurement Coordinator/Assistant Buyer to join their team in Winter Keyser, WV.

What you’ll do:

· Perform a variety of procurement tasks, from entering purchase orders to expediting shipments.

· Monitor inventory and proactively manage product shortages.

· Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams, acting as the main point of contact for procurement-related queries.

· Lead negotiations on contracts, including terms, pricing, and volume discounts.

· Create procurement reports, analyze inventory trends, and provide actionable insights to optimize processes.

· Reconcile any payable discrepancies and manage freight billing audits.

· Research product specifications and ensure accurate product file integrity.

· Resolve customer and supplier issues in a timely and professional manner.

Qualifications:

• 1-2 years of experience in a buyer or procurement role preferred.

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

• Ability to follow documented procedures with excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

• Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

• Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills.

• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and excellent communication skills.

Note:

This role is On-site in Keyser, WV. Thus, open to candidates in/around/near Keyser, WV.

Pay Details: $22.00 per hour
