Hours Full-time, indicate working hours - M-TH 7:30-5:30 F 7:30-11:30

Summary of Position

Non-exempt position whose primary duties and responsibilities are to process daily admissions applications and enrollment activity for all military students.

Minimum Required Education

High school diploma or GED required. Associate’s degree from a nationally or regionally accredited U.S. institution of higher education preferred.

Minimum Required Experience

Six years wage earning clerical experience or certification / successful completion of relevant trade school (30 college credits) and two years wage earning clerical experience or Associates Degree and one year wage earning clerical experience is required.

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office software, especially Word, Outlook and Excel.

  • Ability to use student information systems. Colleague and/or Informer experience preferred.

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.

  • Ability to meet deadlines and multi-task.

  • Ability to work well under pressure.

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of records.
