QlikTech, Inc. Customer Success Engineer in King Of Prussia, Pennsylvania

Duties:  Deliver exceptional customer support for Qlik Data Integration products by analyzing customers' technical landscape, assessing configuration obstacles, and crafting tailored software solutions to seamlessly integrate Qlik software, aligning with specific functionality needs. Proficiently navigate both traditional technologies like Relational & Hierarchical DB Management Systems, data warehouses and other relevant platforms like Teradata, Oracle, Netezza, PostgreSQL, MS SQL Server, BI tools, Linux, CENTOS, SAP HANA, and Others. Demonstrate adeptness in working with cloud-based data warehousing platforms such as Snowflake and cloud-based data engineering tools like Databricks. Work proficiently with streaming platforms like Kafka and Azure EventHubs and with various Operating systems like Operating systems DB2 zSeries, Linux, Unix, Windows, and Others. Engage in software development and conduct in-depth software functionality analysis to support proposal development and craft responses to Requests for Proposals (RFPs). Contribute to the creation and upkeep of knowledge bases, product documentation, and instructional videos.  Actively participate in delivering both standardized and personalized training sessions for end users. Uncover genuine business needs and pain points, conducting comprehensive online and in-person demonstrations of our solution. Take part in customer proofs of concept and technical assessments to effectively showcase the business value of Qlik software. Identify technical challenges, offer guidance for seamless adoption, communicate best practices, and provide robust technical support. Salary $153-160K/year. Remote; Up to 25% national travel annually.

Requirements:  Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical or Electronics Engineering, or a related field. 5 years of progressive experience as a Customer Success Engineer, Systems Engineer, IT Consultant, or related that includes the following:  (1) Customer-facing role in support, pre-sales, sales engineering, or implementation of enterprise software solutions, (2) Hands on experience on IBM DB2 for zSeries, Unix, Linux, and Windows operating systems, (3) Traditional technologies including Teradata, SAP HANA, Oracle, Netezza, POSTGRESQL, MS SQL Server, BI tools, Linux, CENTOS and big data technologies like Hadoop, Hive and Apache Spark, and (4) Cloud-based technologies like Snowflake and Databricks and streaming platforms like Kafka and Microsoft Azure EventHubs. 3 years in the following (may be concurrent with 5 years):  Change Data Capture, such as Data Catalyst, Attunity/Qlik Replicate, Qlik Compose, Informatica PowerCenter or PowerExchange, or Oracle GoldenGate.
