ARCO L&D Program Manager in King of Prussia, Pennsylvania

We have an exciting opportunity for a dynamic and self-motivated Learning & Development Program Manager to join our team. You will be responsible for the tactical development, implementation, execution, and coordination of regional development programs and learning initiatives. You will be spending 60% of your time managing regional training programs including the learning management system and the remaining on other learning and development tasks such as content development, gap identification, facilitation, etc. Your role involves collaborating closely with the HR business partners and other cross-functional teams.

A DAY IN THE LIFE

  • Develop, implement, and assess training programs aligned to business goals and associate development needs

  • Establish partnership as a trusted L&D advisor with operational leaders

  • Collaborate with L&D Program Manager counterpart to ensure unity across the enterprise

  • Collaborate with Operations and other HR team members to identify trends in associate development needs

  • Develop detailed shared project plans to monitor and track progress

  • Support content development and design (on the job training materials, presentations, and e-learning), and facilitate course offerings when needed

  • Measure learning impact using appropriate systems, tools and techniques

  • Adopt a process-improvement mindset using process documentation to communicate lessons learned

  • Establish and maintain learning solutions in the learning management system

  • Co-manage the learning and development budget

  • Travel between 15-25% required

NECESSARY QUALIFICATIONS

  • BA/BS degree in adult learning, organizational development, organizational behavior or related field.

  • 7-10 years in Learning & Development, organization development or other related field, preferably in the construction industry

  • Excellent analytical skills

  • Strong interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills

  • Familiarity with tools and practices for project management

  • Knowledge of adult learning principles, instructional design, and training delivery methods

  • Ability to be flexible, adaptable and solutions-oriented

  • Passion for learning, improving, and sharing best practices

  • Proactive team member with excellent attention to detail and follow through

  • Ability to work in a fast paced and demanding environment

  • Experience with public speaking or facilitation preferred

  • Experience with Learning Management Systems preferred

  • Project Management Certification (PMP) is a plus
