Robert Half Sr Marketing Data Specialist in King of Prussia, Pennsylvania

Description

We are offering a contract for a Marketing Data Specialist to join our team. Based in King of Prussia, Pennsylvania, this role is primarily remote and is focused on executing data tasks within the marketing industry.

Responsibilities:

• Execute data tasks for marketing initiatives including contact discovery, list management, and campaign segmentation.

• Collaborate with customer acquisition and digital marketing teams to build targeted segments and evaluate audience-sizing criteria.

• Ensure the use of quality, compliant data by appending contacts regularly.

• Support stakeholders' use cases by providing access to quality data and meeting evolving data requirements.

• Collaborate on and manage global data standards, processes, and policies for first-party and third-party Marketing data.

• Consult data consumers on how to navigate data sources and interpret data to support their operational use cases.

• Partner with the enterprise data management function to build out data models.

• Work collaboratively across functions to manage data acquisition, enrichment, and integrations.

• Evaluate and implement new data sources and processes to enrich existing data, support data capture, and improve data quality.

• Contribute to detailed discussions regarding data standards, governance, architecture, and strategy decisions.

• Pilot and test data solutions to meet business needs.

• Maintain the accuracy and completeness of data through monitoring, validation, and reporting.

• Manipulate, format, verify, map, and upload data via Excel to Pardot/Salesforce database.

• Support the administration of prospect data within the marketing automation platform.

• Perform campaign-related and routine database cleanup functions.

• Ensure the data within the marketing automation platform is compliant and meets global data privacy standards.

• Develop new standards to ensure marketing data and usage by marketing is compliant.

Requirements • Proficiency in Sales, with the ability to articulate and implement effective marketing strategies.

• Extensive experience in Documentation, ensuring all marketing data is accurately recorded and maintained.

• Strong Reporting skills, with the ability to analyze and present complex data in a clear and concise manner.

• Mastery of Microsoft Excel, to manage and manipulate large data sets effectively.

• Solid understanding of Marketing principles and strategies, with the ability to apply them to data-driven campaigns.

• Experience in Training staff, fostering an environment of continuous learning and improvement.

• Knowledge of Operations and Procedures within a marketing department, ensuring smooth and efficient workflows.

• Familiarity with Policy development and enforcement, ensuring compliance with company and legal guidelines.

• Quality assurance skills, ensuring all data and marketing efforts meet the highest standards.

• Experience with Database management, maintaining the integrity and security of marketing data.

• Understanding of Human Resources (HR) Administration, to facilitate effective team management and development.

• Ability to deliver compelling Presentations, effectively communicating data-driven insights to stakeholders.

• Knowledge of business Practices within the marketing industry, ensuring alignment with industry standards and trends.

• Proficiency in SQL, for effective data querying and management.

• Experience in Stakeholder management, ensuring alignment and buy-in for marketing initiatives.

• Understanding of Integration processes, ensuring seamless blending of various data sources and platforms.

• Familiarity with Monitoring Tool, to track and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns.

• Experience with CRM systems, ensuring effective management and utilization of customer data.

• Understanding of Compliance Functions, ensuring all marketing activities adhere to regulatory standards.

• Proficiency in LinkedIn and other digital platforms, for effective digital marketing campaigns.

• Knowledge of Digital Marketing strategies and tools, ensuring a robust and effective online presence.

• Experience with Tableau, for creating data visualizations that effectively communicate insights.

• Degree in Computer Sciences or a related field, or equivalent experience.

• Ability to Create Dashboards, to provide a visual representation of marketing data and insights. Innovation starts with people.®
