Description

We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Bilingual in Spanish Property Management Assistant to join our team in Kingston, New Jersey. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting management staff in the daily operations and functions of our property management office. This role provides an opportunity for contract employment.

Responsibilities:

• Support the turnover process, annual recertification, and lease renewals

• Assist with scanning monthly rent payments and maintaining accurate records

• Utilize basic office skills to manage administrative tasks efficiently

• Provide excellent customer service by resolving resident inquiries promptly

• Use Microsoft Outlook and other software for data entry and calendar management

• Answer inbound calls and communicate effectively with residents, vendors, and management staff

• Adhere to all company policies and regulations relating to low-income housing certification

Requirements

• Must possess basic office skills including filing, sorting, and managing office supplies

• Bilingual in Spanish

• Should be comfortable answering inbound calls and addressing customer inquiries professionally

• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook is essential for managing emails and scheduling

• Ability to manage calendars, including scheduling and organizing meetings

• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle customer complaints and inquiries effectively and professionally
