The Head Volleyball Coach will lead the volleyball team in coaching, recruiting, counseling, conditioning, and evaluating for the athletic team as directed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from a regionally accredited institution is preferred
• 1-2 years of coaching experience, preferably at the collegiate level and/or have a background of volleyball at a high level
• Demonstrate experience in training and instructing athletes in the game of volleyball
• Experience in managing a sports team and knowledge of NJCAA rules and regulations
• Valid driver's license

Working Conditions

• Duties are normally performed in a school/gym environment
• Some travel will be required
• Frequently sitting at a desk using a telephone, computer, keyboard, and mouse
• Working closely with others
• Periodically working irregular hours
• Travel and non-traditional hours
