Full time R20117 About the Role: CrowdStrike is looking for highly motivated, self-driven, training managers dedicated to making a difference in global security by protecting organizations against the most advanced attackers in the world. In this role, you will lead experienced instructors in the design and delivery of training across all CrowdStrike technologies, but will specialize on "all things SIEM". You'll work with one of the premier endpoint security technologies and incident response teams in the world, carrying the lessons of the field to a classroom environment.

Am I an Instructor Manager Candidate?

What You'll Do:

  • Lead the design, implementation, and delivery of CrowdStrike Training offerings, including sales enablement, reporting, and metrics.

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of a portion of the overall training delivery. This will include active management of several instructors.

  • Act as a subject matter expert on "all things training" with respect to our SIEM products. This will include advising on the design and revision of our current course as well as any new courses that are to be developed.

  • Must be able to effectively communicate at all levels (executive leadership and technical support teams) within CrowdStrike.

  • Create and maintain operations, management, and ad hoc reports to monitor the performance of the training delivery group.

  • Work with sales teams to scope new customer engagements, including presentations to customers and making recommendations on our training content.

What You'll Need:

  • Minimum of 3 years experience in a Leadership role.

  • Minimum of 3 years experience managing and developing technical training material.

  • Minimum or 3 years experience with SIEM technologies to include developing and delivering training on use and best practices.

  • Experience teaching technical topics to a wide variety of audiences, from desktop support technicians to IT managers and executives.

  • Professional client-facing demeanor, comfortable in the machine room and the board room.

  • Strong, clear verbal and written communication skills.

  • Capable of completing tasks on time with minimal supervision.

  • Desire to grow and expand both technical and soft skills.

  • Project management skills.

  • Ability to foster a positive work environment and attitude.

  • Ability to travel on occasion.

Bachelor's and/or Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Math, Information Security, Information Assurance, Information Security Management, Intelligence Studies, Cybersecurity, Cybersecurity Policy
